The 5th Kangbao International Grassland Kite Festival opened on Tuesday, and will last for three days. The festival, organized at the Kangba Noel Grassland in Kangbao county of Hebei province, will see a total of 58 teams from Germany, US, New Zealand, Ukraine and China present their skills of flying kites.
