To better promote the city among expat communities and strengthen its tourism brand, two stylish rooftop pool parties were held on Saturday and Sunday by the Sanya Tourism Development Commission in Shanghai and Beijing, respectively. Hundreds of expats who live and work in Beijing and Shanghai attended the rooftop pool parties, both of which featured a variety of Hainanese elements, such as coconuts, mangoes, music from Hainan's ethnic minorities, bamboo dances and nose flute performances. |
