A major Chinese travel platform, Qunar, recently launched a new mobile app targeting the international market.

Through the new app, global users will be able to comparison-shop prices on 600,000 air routes.

The free app features a Chinese/English bilingual operating interface and multiple-currency payment options. It currently supports US dollars and the Chinese yuan, and multiple payment methods, including PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

The company said that users can complete travel bookings directly within the new app, without being redirected to airline sites.

Qunar is known for its service on airfare deals. The new app aims to provide users with the most competitive fares, particularly for Asian routes, the company claims.

Qunar has partnered with 152 domestic and foreign airline companies as of the fourth quarter of 2015, and offered services operated by over 600 airline companies around the world.
