The 3rd Global Programmers' Festival is held in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ) from Oct 24 to 25, with the theme of "Connecting the Digits, Coding the Future."

The two-day event includes a series of activities, such as the opening ceremony, forums, a project signing ceremony, a carnival, and a job fair for talents in software.

It aims to provide a communication platform for programmers and other software talents across the world, promoting exchanges and cooperation between Xi'an and the cities along the Belt and Road.
