The 2nd Global Programmers' Festival was held in XHTZ from Oct 24 to 25, 2018, in which the Xi'an Declaration on Digital Economy and High Quality Development, the Road to China's Software Industry and the Belt and Road National Industrial and Informatization Development Index were released.
This year's event will bring together the world's top software companies, scientific research institutions, and venture capital institutions to build a multi-level communication platform for global software IT talents, as well as promote exchanges and cooperation between Xi'an and cities along the Belt and Road.
The Global Programmers' Festival has become an important part of Xi'an's "three conferences and one festival" offering. It is not only a top-level event for global programmers, but also a vivid part of Xi'an's efforts to become "a city of software."
