Wonton: Wontons are known as Chao Shou in Sichuan province. It is famous for its thin skin and rich meat filling as well as the soup — made of chicken, duck and pork simmered for a long time. The wonton taste is smooth and is generally cooked with peppers in the Sichuan style.
