Delegation from Shanghai Law Society visits SICIP

A delegation led by Zhu Jiong, deputy director of the Membership Affairs Department at the Shanghai Law Society, visited Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP), on June 26.
Other members of the delegation included Mo Li, researcher working at the Shanghai Law Society and Xu Hui, reporter at Shanghai Law Journal.
Shan Xiaoguang, dean of SICIP; Li Jianchang, Party secretary of SICIP; Yu Xinmiao, vice-dean of the college and Xie Yan, associate professor at the college, attended the meeting with the visiting delegation.
Li Jianchang briefed the attendees on the present condition of the development of the college. Shan Xiaoguang talked about the background of the IP discipline and how the discipline was developed at Tongji University. Yu Xinmiao introduced the features and highlights of the university’s IP development - - interdiscipline and internationalization.
Zhu Jiong said that this visit helped them gain deeper understanding of SICIP. He vowed that they would further enhance the exchanges and communication with SICIP.
Both sides discussed the specifics on how to further enhance cooperation, expand the influence and better serve the society.
