Developed around 4,000 B.C., traditional Chinese painting has then continued its course for thousands of years until today. No doubt it has grown to reflect the change of times to a certain extent.

Taicang began hosted an exhibition in its Songwenzhi Art Gallery between April 8 and May 25 to showcase the original ink artwork created by celebrated artists native to the south of the Yangtze River area. Over 60 selected works will be exhibited.
