People count on juicy, sweet fruits to offer a refreshing treat during the dog days of summer.

The Bacheng grape festival, launching on July 30, will offer fresh grape harvests from Bacheng's collection of cooperative farms.

Aside from grapes, a long list of fruits, ranging from pears and yellow peaches to honey melons and berries, will also be available on the farms scattered around Kunshan city.

The Kunshan tourism authorities recently issued an illustrated map to help visitors locate the farms and orchards. And some of the places worth a special mention are listed below:

Dingfeng Farm

Fruit on offer: cherry tomato, fruity cucumber, and mini pumpkin

Location: The farm is located east of Yangcheng Lake and north of the Xiaodianhu Forest Park, 1 West Hudian Rd, Fuxing village, Zhouzhuang 周庄镇复兴村,湖甸西路1号
