Taihu reeves shad: immediately prepare and cook the fresh fish (just out of water) with secret method, then steam it. The fish has a good taste and aromatic smell.
Taihu white shrimp: It is very easy to eat the authentic fresh water white shrimp. Just boil it with salt water, and then you can taste the fresh, natural and nutritious flavor.
Smoked pomfret: This is a famous dish in Chinese and Western cuisine. First select some fresh pemfret, wash and air drying them, and then smoke it until appearing the delicious smells. The dish has sweet-smelling, pleasant texture and inviting color.
