Old meets new on Nadaman's updated menu

Nadaman at China World Summit Wing has been known for its fine Japanese cuisine in the capital for about two centuries. Although guests may still think of the exquisite and traditional kaiseki when thinking of Nadaman, the restaurant has taken big steps in exploring innovative modern dishes and desserts. For example, its new à la carte and set menus will cover a wide range of the traditional, such as kaiseki and sashimi, the creative, such as Korean-inspired salads, the vegetarian and even a set meal specially prepared for children.
