The king of them all is this green tea mango cake.

Patrick See, Pastry Chef of Marco Polo Hotel, Hong Kong, said, “The vivid duck is made of chocolate, swimming on the ocean, with the seabird, representing the giant rubber duck visiting Victoria Harbor.”

The hotel manager says they didn’t expect the desserts to be so popular.

Mark J. Heywood, General Manager of Marco Polo Hotel, Hong Kong, said,"They would hire more people for the making the deserts. The yellow duck is an art from Europe to HK, introducing some culture, a new style of culture to Hong Kong."
