Project description: The project is to construct an one-million-mu (66,667 hectares) castor growing base and a castor oil processing plant with an annual output of 24,000 tons, and a hydro-castor oil plant with an annual output of 3,000 tons and a nylon plant with output of 3,000 tons per year. The project is located in Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province.

Total investment: US$60 million, of which US$20 million will be external investment.
