NANNING - Police in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region have arrested 21 drug traffickers and confiscated 32 kg of drugs, local authorities confirmed Tuesday.

Wuxuan county police were tipped off in June about a drug smuggler surnamed Huang, according to a statement released by the public security bureau.

Wuxuan police investigations found that Huang was connected with a drug ring based in Guangdong province, which lies adjacent to Guangxi.

Police raided the ring's headquarters on Oct 10, arresting 21 members and confiscating drugs including 27,821 gram of ketamine and 863 gram of crystal meth.
