Topic 1: The price of graves in Beijing has been rising continuously in recent years, and in the past 10 years, has jumped 15 times. Currently, there are no graves costing less than 20,000 yuan ($3,171) in the city. Beijing residents are flocking to neighboring regions, such as Hebei province and Tianjin, to purchase graves. On the opposite sides of the boundary river between Beijing and Hebei province, the prices of similar graves vary widely.

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television released advice on regulating the prices of film tickets recently. According to the stipulation, prices of group tickets and member tickets should not be lower than 70 percent of the listed price in the cinema, but it encourages the implementation of half-price day on Tuesday as well as in the mornings from Monday to Friday.
