Fuxi Cultural Festival is a large-scale Chinese traditional folk celebration held to offer sacrifices to Fuxi in Tianshui, Gansu province. The Gansu provincial government organized the first public memorial ceremony for Fuxi in 2005.

After 20-plus years of evolution, the celebration, as part of the "Tianshui Fuxi Cultural Tourism Festival" which has developed into one of the "Top Ten Promising Festivals in China", has been listed in the first batch of the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of China for protection and has become one of the unique and important cultural brands in Gansu province.
