The store's shaomai, different from the traditional glutinous rice shaomai, is filled with minced meat and black fungus.

Take a bite of the freshly steamed shaomai and you will feel a tasty broth slip into your throat.

Another popular dim sum in the store is fried sweet dough balls.

Their ingredients are the most common: flour.

Knead the flour into small doughs with collapsed centers. After removing them from the frying pan, just sprinkle a layer of sugar at the collapsed centers and the mouth-watering snack can be served.

Although the fried sweet dough balls look quite simple, local residents always line up to buy them.
