Chengtian Temple in Quanzhou, East China's Fujian province marks the traditional Laba Festival Sunday by cooking and distributing Laba porridge to the public across the city. Meanwhile, alongside the temple, the Shaolin Temple also offered free porridge to its visitors for free on the day, which was the eighth day of the 12th month of the Chinese lunar calendar.
