President urges businesses, bank to do more

Greater support needed for economic, social growth of developing countries

President Xi Jinping urged on Thursday greater contributions from the BRICS Business Council and the New Development Bank to the economic and social development of BRICS countries, emerging market economies and other developing countries.

He said he hoped the two institutions will carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurship and strive for more achievements.
