Culture: UK Theater to screen classic plays

The UK National Theater Live is set to broadcast world-class theater to cinemas in the United Kingdom and around the world. In collaboration with ATW Culture, a Beijing distributor of filmed theatrical content in China, eight live performances, including the comedy Present Laughter and Terence Rattigan's devastating masterpiece The Deep Blue Sea, will be broadcast in Chinese cities next year. Nearly 60 of the latest stage productions from international theaters will also be screened at cinemas across the country. According to ATW Culture, since the project was launched in 2015, 124 stage productions have been broadcast across China.
