Pizza Hut tests plant-based 'meat' toppings

Pizza Hut recently tried out a new plant-based topping that was served in compostable round boxes. The fast-food company in the United States only served the samples for a day - Wednesday - and only at one of their Phoenix locations in the US. The pizza had a plant-based "meat" topping known as incogmeato. Incogmeato is basically a soy-based product that is meant to mimic Italian sausage and comes from Morningstar Farms that is owned by US food manufacturer Kellogg.
