Operators on US West Coast tally the cost of tariffs in joint appeal to administration
Port operators on the US West Coast have voiced their concerns over the impact of the country's trade standoff with China in a united appeal to the administration of President Donald Trump that warns of "irredeemable economic harm" if a resolution is not reached.
The Office of the US Trade Representative acknowledged that it had received a letter that details the burden of the trade conflict on industries and communities, an official at the Port of Oakland said on Monday.
