More resources devoted to compliance oversight

The State Council has called for greater efforts to boost compliance oversight and develop a business environment in line with market principles, international standards and the rule of law.

The Cabinet said in a guideline published on Thursday that the government will shift more administrative resources from approvals to compliance oversight, with steps to refine and innovate the rules and procedures for government supervision.
