Britain likely to face monthslong shortages and rise in public unrest
Boris Johnson, the United Kingdom's new prime minister, will travel to the European mainland in the coming days to tell European Union leaders to either return to the negotiating table or see Britain leave the bloc without a detailed divorce deal.
On his first trip to the EU prime minister, Johnson will tell Brussels executives that the UK will leave on Oct 31, with or without a deal.
