Sunday's explosion in Cairo killed 20 as Sisi vows to 'root out terrorism'
President Xi Jinping strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Cairo in a condolence message sent to his Egyptian counterpart Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi on Tuesday.
In the message, Xi said he was shocked to learn of the serious terrorist attack in the Egyptian capital that caused heavy casualties.
