$3.44b in deals won on sidelines of Dalian meeting

Agreements for 16 projects with a total investment of 23.6 billion yuan ($3.44 billion) were signed on Tuesday on the sidelines of the ongoing Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2019, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, in Dalian, Liaoning province.

"The Summer Davos Forum has brought many international opportunities to the city," said Jin Guowei, vice-mayor of Dalian.

He said these key projects will further promote the continuous improvement of the scale and quality of foreign investment in Dalian.
