OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS, a magnetic levitation train running at a speed of 600 kilometers per hour has passed its test operation; China finished its first sea launch of a solid fuel rocket; and the latest ranking of the world's top 500 supercomputers shows that 219 belong to China.
