Toughening up for the World Cup is top priority for national team coach

With the buzz building for the FIBA World Cup, Team China is focused on toughening up its young squad in hopes of at least tying its best international record at the home tournament.

More than a decade after hosting the 2008 Summer Olympics basketball competition, Wukesong Arena in western Beijing will once again serve as a stage for the world's best hoopsters as the World Cup - formerly the world championships - reached it's 100-day countdown on Thursday.
