Belt and Road will help globalization bring people together

One thing we can be sure of about the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, which begins on Thursday, is that the subject of globalization will never be far from the various discussions that will take place.

The Belt and Road Initiative is arguably the great globalization initiative of our time.

Underpinned by President Xi Jinping's idea of "a community with a shared future for mankind", it is about countries coming together to solve problems, particularly in relation to infrastructure.
