Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, who was on his first visit to China to attend the just-concluded Beijing International Film Festival, believes cinema can bring people together. In an interview with our website, Khan, 53, said he was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception he received in the country. In the past few years, some Hindi films have resonated with Chinese audiences, making Bollywood a visible aspect of Sino-Indian relations. Two new films to be coproduced by India and China were announced at the festival.
