Diageo forms joint venture with Yanghe

British alcoholic beverages giant Diageo signed a strategic agreement with Chinese spirit maker Jiangsu Yanghe Distillery Co on Friday to form a joint venture and deepen cooperation between the two companies. According to the agreement, Diageo and Yanghe will integrate their resources and industry expertise in liquor-making techniques, products, distribution channels, brand management and market management.
