College graduate becomes innovative rancher

After graduating from college, Lai Jun returned to his remote, mountainous village in Guizhou province and became a rancher. He had some innovative ideas, including putting a GPS tracking device on several of his cattle allowing him to use his cellphone to follow his 130-strong herd. Around the neck of several of his animals he has attached a fist-sized tracking device. From an app on his phone he can see the herd's location and monitor how far they have meandered.
