Stellar cast meets in spring sunshine to discuss opening up

One of the highlights of my reporting year is getting the chance to cover the China Development Forum.

It always takes place in the sumptuous surroundings of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse complex in Beijing, where visiting heads of state often stay.

It usually also coincides with warmer spring weather, allowing you to take in the sunshine as you wonder from building to building - the events take place at several venues.
