Citi appoints new heads for key units in China

Citibank (China) Co Ltd or Citi China has appointed Yang Ji as head of markets and securities services, and Vicky Tsai as head of securities services. Christine Lam, president and CEO of Citi China, said she is confident Yang, Tsai and their teams will continue to enhance the company's standards in client service and work toward the development of the financial services market in China. Yang will be responsible for planning and delivering the key priorities of Citi's MSS business in China. Tsai will lead the China team to deliver on strategic initiatives and business plans as well as to grow and deepen Citi's securities services presence in China.
