AI puts a spring in the step of flower festival

A creative online flower market using artificial intelligence technology has been launched in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province, as part of the city's traditional flower fair which greets Spring Festival.

With the click of a button, people are able to buy stunning flowers designed and made by 19 top florists from the World Flower Council.

The flowers will be sent to buyers after they scan a QR code at one of several offline AI flower markets or buy them online, according to the Guangzhou Flower Market Office.
