Bike-share firm says refunding system working

Chinese bike rental firm ofo has said that its system for refunding users' deposits is functioning, despite increased processing times. The company initially handled requests for refunds within three days, later extending the waiting period to 10 days, and then eventually up to 15 days. Some customers claimed that when they looked for a refund on their deposit the app did not work and they had to make a phone request to the service team.
