Women have lucky escape from rooftop vandals

Two women escaped death after chunks of concrete were thrown near them from the top of a high-rise building. The incident happened in Jining, Shandong province, on Sunday. A CCTV camera showed a group of teenagers at the top of a 33-story building hurling concrete chunks. They damaged two electric bikes, narrowly missing the two women. The incident is under investigation.
