Wenshan, a city in Yunnan province, sparked controversy after it recently prohibited dog walking during the daytime, and stopped dogs from entering public spaces. Dog owners are banned from walking dogs from 7 am to 10 pm. While some people support the ordinance, others complain that they can only walk a dog early in the morning or late at night.
