Palace Museum opens first baby care facility

Photos of a newly opened baby care section at the Forbidden City in Beijing were released by netizens on Wednesday. It includes three nursery rooms and other facilities. The rooms are adorned by decorations with cartoon images of China's traditional ancient divine animals and all have bottle-warming facilities, booster seats as well as baby care facilities. Shan Jixiang, director of the Palace Museum said considering the inconvenience mothers may face when visiting the Palace Museum, they decided to reduce their retail space and set up the rooms to better cater to the needs of visitors.
