Filmmakers bring freshness to Toronto festival
The 43rd Toronto International Film Festival runs from Thursday to Sept 16. The festival is a charitable organization with a mission to transform the way people see the world through films. It has attracted more than 340 films from around the world to participate in the exhibition this year. Chinese films such as Shadow, produced by Zhang Yimou, and Hidden Man by Jiang Wen, will be presented during the festival.
