Greater Bay express rail tickets to go on sale

Advance purchases to begin on Monday for travel starting Sept 23

Passengers can make advance purchases of tickets for the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (XRL) starting Monday, the city's sole rail operator, the Mass Transit Railway Corp, announced on Friday.

That's some two weeks ahead of the opening of the new cross-boundary infrastructure project, the last part of the rail link, on Sept 23.
