Lightning kills 4 children under tree in Yunnan

Four children were killed and three were injured following a frightening lightning strike on a tree last week in a village in Yunnan province. The children hid under the tree when a thunderstorm broke out. Local police advised people to avoid tall objects, such as trees, and crouch as close to the ground as possible without lying down.
