Xi's speech on Marx published

A booklet of President Xi Jinping's speech delivered at a recent conference marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx was published on Wednesday by People's Publishing House. Xi, who is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, spoke at a gathering held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing last week. He elaborated on how to learn from Marx, saying Marx's theories still shine with truth. Only by adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics can the country achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, he said.
