Russia is open to dialogue with other countries on all issues in order to maintain global peace and stability, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
In a speech at a military parade marking the 73rd anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany in World War II, he said Russia is ready for a constructive and equal partnership for the sake of global harmony, peace and progress.
"This is a holiday which has always been, is now, and always will be sacred for every family," Putin said, greeting a watching crowd including veterans decked out in medals on a bright sunny morning.
