Schools receive cinema tools

China Children and Teenager's Fund, working with the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, donated 10 digital cinema projection systems and related film art education course materials to 10 poor schools in Xiangyun county, southwest China's Yunnan province. This is in accordance with the project jointly launched by China Children and Teenager's Fund and Beijing Film Academy last year, which aims at building 10,000 campus cinemas in 10,000 schools in the poverty-stricken area within three years. " The goal is to establish a channel to standardize and popularize film education for children to boost children's mental health development," said Zhu Xisheng, secretary-general of China Children and Teenager's Fund.
