Mourinho slams his 'inconsistent' underachievers

Jose Mourinho applauded Manchester City's Premier League title success, but lambasted his Manchester United squad for losing 1-0 to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

Jay Rodriguez's header in the 73rd minute gave West Brom a stunning victory after it arrived at Old Trafford having lost nine of its previous 10 matches.

"I don't know if I was the first or second or third, but I congratulated City face to face when I had the chance," Mourinho said.
