First CSR center debuts in Wuhan

HUST-Golden Bee CSR Research Institute was recently set up at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Hubei province. This is the first CSR research center in China that has been jointly launched by a university and business circles, and the college will explore the teaching method that combines teaching, research and consultancy education mode in theoretical research and talent cultivation for CSR. The newly-established college aims to become a think tank for the government and various organizations in the country, by hiring scholars and experts from universities, governments and media to form an academic committee, and thus contribute to the rapid development of the CSR sector in China.
