A culinary team from Lunar 8 at the Fairmont Beijing Hotel has begun preparing authentic Chinese cuisine to allow for top-class dining experiences. Its offerings includes fish in aged millet wine, stuffed lotus root with glutinous rice, sour and spicy seafood soup, stir-fried beef filet with BBQ sauce, spicy Sichuan wok-fried prawns with cashew nuts as well as other favorites. The hotel has also launched special room and family suite packages for the Chinese New Year holiday from Feb 15 to 23, with booking available through Feb 21.

Shangri-La Hotel, Qinhuangdao in Hebei province is located at Bohai Bay, which is renowned for its blue water and golden beach. Wedding Fair
Marriott International East China hosted its first wedding fair at the Shanghai Exhibition Center in mid-December, at which 30 Marriott International hotels of 12 brands presented a variety of wedding venues and packages to visitors.
