People: African women selling crystals earning $460 a day

Three Kenyan women have turned a tidy profit over the past three years selling crystals at trade fairs across China, allowing them the opportunity to earn an average of 3,000 yuan ($460) per day. The women advertise the price for each item. An amethyst necklace sells for about 200 yuan and a natural stone of amethyst and citrine can fetch 200 yuan per carat.
