Ranking: Fourteen companies named as best employers

Global leading professional services firm Aon Hewitt has announced its 2017 Best Employers in China award, with 14 companies winning the title this year. Compared with the market average, the best employers have a 22 percent lower rate of staff turnover. Their employee loyalty is 13 percent higher than average and they have profit margins in excess of 28 percent.
